Coach Registration (Rec)

All Spring Rec coaches and assistant coaches are required to register with CSA.
Teams are randomly formed and only the coach and one assistant coach are protected and guaranteed to be placed on the same team. 
Both the coach and assistant must register and identify who you are coaching with on the coaching candidate application in order for CSA to properly organize the teams.

All coaches and assistant coaches must perform a background check. A link to the web site to perform the background will be at the end of the coaches application form.Submit your application to coach and then please do your background check.One per coach or assistant coach not per team.
