SPRING SEASON UPDATE 3/25

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 3/25

We all find ourselves in unknown territory surrounding COVID 19. Given the current health concerns surrounding COVID 19, the recent notice from Governor Larry Hogan to close public schools until Friday April 24, 2020, and the notice from CCPR regarding closure of all county fields until further notice, Calvert Soccer Association (CSA), has decided to suspend all CSA activities to include team trainings/practices, games, and tournaments until further notice.

CSA will be evaluating conditions on a weekly and bi-weekly basis to determine when to reinstate CSA activities.

Please understand that the spring season is currently on hold. The CSA Board of Directors will be meeting over the next several weeks to review the situation and the next steps that will be taken. Once a plan is set in place members will be notified. Please be patient while we work through this process and we promise to keep everyone informed.

Parents and players are strongly encouraged NOT to organize on their own any small group trainings/practices, pick-up games, etc.  Additionally, any coach caught doing so will be reported to CSA rules and disciplinary committee.
